WisCow Pizza & Wings, a virtual kitchen concept found within the walls of multiple Monk’s Bar & Grill locations, was thought up during the craziness of the 2020 pandemic! You can find us in Middleton, Sun Prairie and Plover, Wisconsin.

Who doesn’t love a good pizza delivery? We sure do! So our thought was why not add award-winning wings and creamy white cheddar mac & cheese dishes to the menu so customers can enjoy what we call “the delivery trifecta” whenever they’d like to?!

We took time during summer/fall 2020 to get creative and play around with pizza toppings and developed some really delicious combinations for thin or hand-tossed pizzas… recipe creation is always the hardest and most delicious job, but someone’s got to do it!

2020 brought the blended idea of a ‘ghost kitchen’ and ‘virtual concept’ (a restaurant operating out of another restaurant, using just their kitchen) to life for the co-owners (and the Chief Operations Officer) of multiple Monk’s Bar & Grill franchised locations. When things got tough between limits on occupancy within restaurant walls, it was time to pivot and then pivot some more. We’re proud to be offering carryout and delivery from all of our Madison-area Monk’s locations, as well as in Plover, Wisconsin (coming in spring 2021). Don’t fret, you can still safely enjoy these pizzas safely as a dine-in guest too if interested (and hungry)!
